Mutual Commitment
By using Revlyty, you agree to these terms. We provide infrastructure for analytics operations, while customers are responsible for lawful and responsible use of the platform.
Section 02
Subscription and Billing
Xendit billing flow
Paid subscriptions are managed through Xendit checkout and automated subscription sync.
Plan tiers
Usage limits follow selected plan tiers and reset according to billing cycle.
Failed charges
Retry and recovery logic follows the Xendit invoice lifecycle and payment recovery flow.
Refund policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after processing except where required by law.
Section 03
Usage Limits
Monthly event limits apply to pageview and custom event volume. If limits are exceeded, tracking behavior can be restricted until plan adjustments are made.
Section 04
Responsible Use
Attempts to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt platform infrastructure are prohibited. Revlyty may enforce safeguards to protect service integrity.
